Term “Webites” includes “PERCo” mobile application (“Application”).

This privacy policy extends its action on target content (focused on the certain user) including online offers and promotional products and services that we (or service providers operating from our name) can send You when You use websites, internet platforms and applications belonging to the third parties (“Third parties’ websites”) that is based on the analysis of Your user behavior in the Internet. Websites of the third parties may apply its own Privacy Policies, rules and conditions of use. We recommend You to examine them before use corresponding Websites of third parties.

“PERCO” (“PERCo” and also widely used pronounces “we”, “our”, “by ourselves”), being the operator of personal data, takes the responsibility of Your Personal Data processing due to providing the Services. Using our Services and websites You agree with Your Personal data processing. In case if you don’t want that we effectuate Your Personal data processing, please don´t use our Services and websites or don’t provide somehow Your Personal data.

We process Your data for the purposes of providing you our services and functionality of Websites. In the row of the cases we process Your Personal data exceptionally on the base of Your consent, for example, in case of Your Personal data processing for marketing targets, using cookie or processing of special category of Your Personal data. In cases, when we process Personal data on the base of Your consent, we will ask you to provide your clearly expressed consent. We also may ask you provide an additional Consent, in case of necessity use Your Personal data for targets not indicated in this Policy Privacy, or in case of Your Personal data transfer to the companies that enter the group of PERCo companies or to subsidiary PERCo companies for marketing purposes.

Target audience of our Services and Websites is full-aged persons, however there can be cases when person that not reached 18 years old, takes the decision to make acquaintance with the Services on our Website or acquire corresponding Services. In case when we know the consumer is a person that not reached 18 years old, we won’t use consumer Personal data, except the cases when parents (or other legislative representatives) of minor aged person provide by themselves a written consent for his/her Personal data processing. We don’t render the services to the persons that haven’t reached 18 years old.

For this purpose we process the following categories of Personal data: surname, name, second name, middle name, the applied additional addresses (degrees, titles, etc.), the postal address, the e-mail address, home telephone number or mobile phone number, passwords, history of payments, information on payment (for example, data on bank or requisites of the credit card), history of orders / list of wishes, age, date of birth, sex, passport data (number, the country of release, the termination of validity period), information about processing Your inquiry (including the information about special demands or physical limitations) and other Personal data which you voluntarily provide us.

We process Your Personal data for Your orders processing (and execution of the corresponding Services), made as by means of «Internet» as personally in the sales office. Your Personal data related with the payment can be passed to the suppliers of payment services for Your payments processing.

We process Your Personal data exceptionally within the term which is essential for reaching a corresponding purpose, except the cases when the more long term of Your Personal data saving is established my law.

Applicable legislation on data protection let PERCo process Your Personal data for execution of a treaty concluded with You (i.e. execution of our duties related with rendering the Services for You). If You provide us Personal data which are the special categories of Personal data (for example, an information about the state of Your health, race and ethnic origin, political views, religious and other beliefs, membership in the trade-union organizations and intimate life), Your consent will be legislative for such Personal data processing.

We have a right to provide Your Personal data to the following operators on data processing:

• To the relevant companies of the PERCo group and the entrusted third parties who are involved in the organization of advertising activity, administer the Website and the partners’ certification program.
• To the relevant companies of the PERCo group and the entrusted third parties who are involved in the organization of advertising activity, administer the Website and the partners’ certification program.
• The entrusted third parties having appropriate authorities on rendering the Services which you have ordered (for example, the service provider giving support of our online-booking system).

Till we don’t obtain Your consent, each entrusted third party doesn’t consider authorized to use somehow Your personal data. We demand from each entrusted third party to implement technical and organizational measures for Your personal data protection

We can transfer Your Personal data to the following operators (i.e. to the parties that сarry out Your Personal data processing in his own purposes):

• In the social nets (for example, Facebook, Instagram) for the purposes of rendering the assistance in a delivery of our advertising material directly on Your page in the social nets or on your e-mail.
• In a law enforcement or in other agencies in case we are obliged to provide Personal data by the force of law, the judicial warrant, the agenda, or the resolution of court on disclosure of your Personal data.

Many of the recipients of Your Personal data indicated above (see an issue 2.6 above) are located on the territory of EU/European economic zone and in Great Britain. However, in some cases, Your Personal Data can be transferred beyond the frontiers of European economic zone including the countries in which the same high level of Personal data protection, which is established in European economic zone, doesn’t ensure, and on which doesn’t extend the validity of the European Commission’ decisions. If Your Personal data must be transferred in one of such countries, we, when it’s necessary in correspondence with applicable legislation of data protection, will provide adequate level of data protection with the aid of this or that recognized legal mechanism, for example, Privacy Shield certification between EU and USA, so called Standard Contractual Clauses published by European Commission or Binding Corporate Rules. Please, pay your attention that such recognized legal mechanism doesn’t require when the transfer for an execution of a treaty, concluded in Your interests between PERCo and other natural or artificial person (and also for a conclusion of such a treaty), such as third-parties service providers indicated in the Issue 2.6.2 above, is necessary.

In case when we effectuate the cross-border transfer of Personal data inside PERCo, PERCo is obliged to adhere to so called Standard Contractual Clauses to maintain adequate level of data protection.

We will keep Your Personal data exceptionally until won’t be reached above-stated purposes of processing for which we collected and obtained Your Personal data, and also when a term of the information saving, established by an applicable legislation, doesn’t expire.

We process Your Personal data as manually so with the use of the automation devices by means of picking, record, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updates, changes), extraction, use, transfer (granting, providing access), depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction of Personal data in correspondence with the demands of an aplicable legislation about data protection.

You have the right to demand:

• Confirmation of Personal data processing fact, and in case of confirmation of processing fact – access to Your Personal data;
• Elimination of Personal data inaccuracies;
• Сessation of Personal data processing
• Personal data obtaining which you provided us, and free transfer of this Personal data to the other Personal data operator.

You have the following rights:

• To object to any significantly affecting Your decision made on the base of an exceptionally automated processing.
• Not to be exposed to acceptance of any significantly affecting Your decision exceptionally made on the base of automated processing.

If Your consent is a legal ground for Your Personal data processing, You can withdraw it in any time. It will not influence on lawfulness of accomplished Personal data processing on the base of Your consent till the moment of withdrawal of Your consent. You can withdraw Your consent sending us e-mail indicated in Issue 2.1, or calling us by phone number indicated in Issue 2.1.

If you think that our Personal data processing breaks an applicable legislation in the sphere of data protection, you can make a complaint to the corresponding plenipotentiary organs.

You are not obliged to provide Personal data. However, if You don’t wish to provide Your Personal data, You can’t acquire Services. In order to acquire the Services You have to provide Personal data indicated in Issue 2.5.5 and in Issue 2.5.6. If You acquire products which may give us the possibility to obtain Special Categories of Your Personal data (for example, data of Your health state), we can process only corresponding order, if You give us Your consent to process such data.

In case You don’t provide corresponding Personal data or decline cookies, or don’t give permission for rendering You other services You can not obtain such services at all or interrupt the process of their rendering.

We take corresponding technical and organizational measures for Personal data protection, which you provide from accidental and illegal destruction, loss, changes, unauthorized disclosure or access. Our security measures are constantly being improved as the new technologies develop. We can make changes in present Policy, placing an updated version. Regarding the data processing carried out on the base of Your consent, we do not have the right to change the volume of such Personal data processing, except the cases when You provide an additional consent to change of the volume of information processing.
