TTR-08A is an up-to-date solution for organizing access control outdoors due to its stainless-steel design. The key benefit of the TTR-08A turnstile is its automatic “anti-panic” function. "Anti-panic" barrier arms ensure a fast evacuation in case of emergencies.
With its modern and elegant design, TTR-08A can be used at the entrance points of industrial facilities, offices, business centers, banks, etc.
All-weather design
TTR-08A Turnstile is made of stainless steel, which ensures not only an elegant design but also corrosion resistance during outdoor operation. The turnstile operates outdoors under a shelter, protecting it from direct precipitation.

Additional equipment installation
It is possible to install readers under the side covers. The zones for presenting cards are indicated with the corresponding pictograms.
Passage zone formation
To ensure a fast and convenient passage, it is recommended to install one turnstile for every 500 people working one shift or based on the 30 people/minute peak load.
Turnstiles can also be completed with railings produced in the same design.
Safety
The automatic “anti-panic” function is an up-to-date solution that provides a fast evacuation in case of emergencies. At a signal from the access control system or in case of power loss, the barrier arm automatically falls, ensuring free passage.
After the Fire Alarm signal is removed or the power supply is restored, the barrier arm is set to the initial (horizontal) position manually.
The control board provides emergency unblocking upon receiving the Fire Alarm signal (Fire Alarm input).
A special Fire Alarm control input allows connecting a device that sends a command for emergency unblocking (for instance, a fire alarm device).
It is possible to connect the intrusion detector and siren to the turnstile.
Turnstile operation
TTR-08A can be operated from an access control system (ACS) or as a standalone unit from RC-panel or WRC (purchased separately).
The ability to select the control mode (pulse or potential) ensures correct operation in access control systems of any manufacturer.
The operation mode (passage permission and denial) can be set independently for each passage direction. The optical sensors built into the turnstile housing record the actual fact of passage and its direction, which ensures correct accounting of working hours in access control systems.
The control board placed inside the turnstile housing provides a complete set of control modes. The control board has inputs to connect sound indication (siren) and outputs to connect remote indication blocks.
A built-in hydraulic damper ensures smooth and quiet operation of the turnstile.
Indication
The top cover displays the dynamic LED passage indication, and the side covers display the turnstile state indication (open/closed).
