Investments in quality, new machines at PERCo plant

Due to the growth of production volumes PERCo continues to expand its engineering and manufacturing base. New electroerosion machine "Precision 2 Axis Wire EDM Machine ARTA 423 PRO" has been put into operation. Mechanism components of speed gates and full height turnstiles are processed by the new equipment.

New automatic band saw machine H-360 HANC (Taiwan) has been brought into operation. It is the second machine of this brand working at the plant. As a result of automatic feed and package processing of forgings this machine makes the process of high precision cutting of forgings from 2 to 3 times faster.

New semi-automatic band saw machine Pilous ARG220 Plus (Czech Republic) with turning portal has replaced the former one. There are two machines of this kind working at the plant today. Besides, new IHM -30-8-50/WS-1,2-2 induction heating unit aimed at tempering the mechanical components has recently began operations.

Regular modernization and improvement of technological processes allows PERCo plant to manufacture goods which from year to year meet world quality standards.
